Position Summary

The Ministry Coordinator empowers employees by willing and working for the good of others. The position encourages others to flourish in the workplace regardless of their beliefs and gives generously of time and resources for the sake of the Kingdom (as described by Jesus). This position serves a wide range of people including ministry partners, community partners, and regional staff. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Prayerfully seeks discipleship relationships with other staff 
  • Prayerfully considers ways to include those who do not profess faith in Jesus 
  • Oversees coordination, communication, and execution of monthly ministry meetings for designated regional markets 
  • Promotes and reports on monthly employee attendance/engagement (meetings, team giving, service projects, etc.) 
  • Collaborates with Stewardship Lead and local ministry partners to stay updated on regional service opportunities
  • Collaborates with regional managers to schedule and communicate regional service project opportunities  Distributes birthday, work-anniversary, and new-employee gifts
  • Maintaining an excellent work environment by ensuring that all physical supplies are ordered and stocked in kitchens & meeting spaces in a timely and organized manner. (i.e., office, bathroom, kitchen supplies and snacks, etc.)
  • Stocking conference rooms with supplies and snacks for in-house and vendor meetings
  • Brings meal (monthly) to Sales Rally, LDG devo, and Builder devo for ministry presence and updates  Attends regional managers meeting (monthly) to update and communicate teams about ministry
  • Assists regional managers with ideas for team fun-days, and simple fun office activities for their market a few times a year.
  • Assists Connection Lead, Hospitality Manager, HR, and regional managers with coordination of all-company and/or all-region meetings, as well as smaller meetings that require venue/food arrangements  Leads/participates in monthly discipleship group with employees in region
  • Assists Ministry Team in planning monthly and yearly calendars around core values
  • Captures stories/photos during ministry meetings, service projects, vision trips for reporting/communication


Qualifications and Skills 

  • Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle


Hours and Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • After hours and weekends required on occasion

Work Environment and Physical Requirements 

  • Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with medium noise levels
  • Frequently required to sit
  • Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, pull, and push objects up to 20 pounds
