Choosing the floor plan that's right for you can be a daunting task. There are lots of different names, numbers, and letters that might be confusing. When you schedule an appointment with one of our New Home Specialists, they can ask the right questions to curate a selection of plans that will meet your specific wants and needs.  If you're not quite ready to meet in person, this blog will dig into a few of our most popular floorplans to use as a starting point! 

The “H” in this series stands for “hybrid.” This means that it will offer a few different interior selections than our core home plans, letting you have all of the luxury of a masonry exterior along with the savings of our hybrid interior selections. This home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home, 2 cm granite countertops, and painted cabinets. Like our core plans, the hybrid homes will also feature a fully bricked exterior. 

The hybrid version of our homes is available in only a few of our home plans - The 1200H, 1550H-KP4, and the 1729H-4. All feature the same cost-saving interior finishes, but have a different floor plan layout. If you are looking for a home that has affordable interior options with the luxury of a brick exterior, look no further than our hybrid plans!

 

The “KP” part of this series stands for “kitchen peninsula,” meaning that the countertop is connected to the wall. The first thing that you see when you walk into the front door of this home is the family room, perfect for hosting and entertaining. With the designated dining space in the back, this plan offers more defined boundaries between social areas.  A unique feature of this plan is that it has 4 bedrooms, making it perfect for growing families or hosting guests. The secluded front bedroom is perfect for a playroom or work-from-home office, and the laundry is nestled perfectly in the center of the main bedrooms!

The beloved 1700 Series is one of our best-selling plans. It is a member of our “Kitchen Island” plan family, which fosters togetherness in its wide-open design. This home is ideal for people who enjoy outdoor living space and LOTS of natural light. If your family loves grilling, and campfires, or you plan to install a pool, the large back patio of the 1700KI is going to be a little slice of heaven.

When the weather isn’t great for spending your time outside, the open living space is the next best thing about this plan. You can easily enjoy a cooking show from the living room while you’re preparing dinner, or catch every second of the big game at your Super Bowl party. All the while, golden daylight is streaming in through the large wall of windows in the dining area. Plant lovers rejoice!

While families of all shapes and sizes like this layout, we've found that families with young kids and babies especially love the 1950 Series floorplan. The kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow into the living room, letting you keep an eye on those busy kiddos! Like the 1550KP-4, this plan has a kitchen peninsula offering more counter space than most of our other plans, which you will love if you enjoy cooking and baking.

You’ll also swoon over the huge primary closet connected to the laundry room, making the dreaded laundry day less of a hassle. The interior isn’t the only thing about this plan that steals hearts - the large back patio easily lends itself to outdoor hosting; and the front elevation options for this home are gorgeous and some of our most popular.

This series is an open floorplan lover’s dream; with the kitchen, living room, and dining room all in one large open space. This plan includes a bar-style kitchen island ideal for hosting guests and casual dining. While hosting, it will be easy to continue conversations while baking and preparing as your guests hang out in the living room. With the ability to add a fireplace, you can expect ultimate comfort from this floorplan. 

The four bedrooms and three bathrooms that this plan offers are ideal for a growing family and the large back patio is perfect for grilling, family gatherings, or basking in the sun while reading a good book. 

If you have ever had a family member or friend live with you for an extended period, you’ll recognize what a huge perk a bedroom with anen-suite bathroom is. The 2500 Series is well-suited for families with older children or for those who enjoy hosting overnight guests. The first primary suite in this split-layout, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers a large, tranquil bathroom with 2 walk-in closets connected right to the laundry room. You read that right! Now you'll have to find another excuse to avoid putting the laundry away… The second primary suite is perfectly secluded with its own attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

With this plan, you can also enjoy a flex space that works well as a second living space, office, or dining room. The 2500 Series has proved time and time again to be a plan that combines luxury and practicality. 

We like to say that the 2600 plan is the perfect “All-American” home. Families love this home because of features like the Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the second and third bedrooms, a large flex room, four large walk-in closets, a massive 4th bedroom, and more.

We could go on and on about the 2600, but the crown jewel of this plan is the T-shaped kitchen island that can serve as the main dining table. It’s built right in for ease of use and enhanced family time. This plan shines when it comes to hosting guests and family gatherings in the wide-open living space - and let's not forget about the cozy fireplace that sits front and center in the living room if you choose to add it.
