Our new Frazier Meadows and Harvard Oaks communities are zoned for the Bixby School District which is ranked number two in the Tulsa County and currently has over 7,000 students and a student-teacher ratio of 18 to 1. The Gathering Place & Discovery Lab
Along the banks of the Arkansas River lies a 66.5-acre park called the Gathering Place, one of Tulsa’s major attractions. This free park has world-class programming, a variety of park elements for any age, and was voted USA Today’s Best City Park in 2021. The Gathering Place also features the Discovery Lab, a 57,000 sq. ft. interactive museum for kids. Oklahoma Aquarium

Turkey Mountain
Turkey Mountain features a variety of trails, playgrounds, and art along the Arkansas River. The park offers walking and mountain biking trails, hiking, rowing, kayaking, and disc golf.
