Construction Overview

Meet your Experience Specialist and learn all about the construction of your new home! They are Schuber Mitchell Homes experts and will be your guide through the construction process. 

They are ready to answer your questions and will be with you until you close on your new home!

Frame Tour

Providing transparency about how we build your home is important to us - we want you to feel confident in your home and how it was built. At your frame tour, your Experience Specialist will walk you through your home and show you exactly what is behind your walls.

Orientation & Closing Dates

As your home gets closer to being finished, a member of our team will reach out to set a date and time for your Homeowner Orientation and to meet with the title company to close on your new home!

Orientation

The orientation occurs within one week of closing and is a final opportunity to review your home's warranties and features. Your Experience Specialist will also discuss things you should do to maintain your home after you move in and confirm details for your closing.

Step 10

Closing Day

Today is the best day! This is the day you officially become a homeowner. You will meet with your title company to go over and sign your closing documents and officially take ownership of the home. When you’re finished, we will give you the keys and you can start moving in!

Warranty

Every Schuber Mitchell home is covered by a 2-year builder's warranty, up to a 10-year structural warranty and various extended warranties offered by product manufacturers.

Our local, in-house Service Team is dedicated to customer service after closing and will address any issues or concerns to ensure each homeowner is completely satisfied with their new home.
